甘油分散含銀溶膠的制備及抑菌性能研究

【摘要】:以AgNO_3為銀源,無水甘油作為還原劑和分散介質(zhì),PVP-K30為穩(wěn)定劑和模板劑,首次以加熱攪拌法一步制備了含納米銀的無水甘油溶膠。以紫外-可見吸收光譜、X射線粉末衍射、透射電子顯微鏡等手段對所得溶膠和溶膠中的納米銀顆粒進(jìn)行表征,考察了AgNO_3加入量、反應(yīng)時間等因素對納米銀溶膠和銀單質(zhì)形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)投料質(zhì)量比(m(甘油)∶m(AgNO_3)∶m(PVP-K30))為200∶(0.5~1.5)∶5,反應(yīng)溫度為110℃,反應(yīng)時間為0.5~3h,可以獲得穩(wěn)定的納米銀甘油溶膠,其中銀單質(zhì)的顆粒分散性好,形貌近球形,粒徑為納米級別。以大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢桿菌和蠟樣芽胞桿菌作為研究對象,對所得含銀溶膠的抗菌性進(jìn)行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)鈉米銀溶膠對4種目標(biāo)菌均有很好的抑菌性,其中對枯草芽孢桿菌抑菌效果最好,且溶膠中銀單質(zhì)粒徑越小,抑菌效果越好。
[Abstract]:Using AgNO_3 as silver source, anhydrous glycerol as reducing agent and dispersion medium, PVP-K30 as stabilizer and template, anhydrous glycerol sol containing nano-silver was prepared by heating-stirring method for the first time. UV-vis absorption spectra, X-ray powder diffraction and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the sol and silver nanoparticles. The addition of AgNO_3 was investigated. The effects of reaction time and other factors on the morphology of silver sol and silver were investigated.
