基于氨基化碳量子點熒光增強測定氨芐青霉素

【摘要】:采用水熱法制備碳量子點,通過碳量子點與氨水反應(yīng)使其表面氨基化,氨芐青霉素與氨基化碳量子點作用后,使其熒光顯著增強,由此建立測定藥物中氨芐青霉素的熒光光度法。在比色管中依次加入0.016mol·L~(-1)氨基化碳量子點溶液1.00mL和樣品溶液0.45mL,pH 7.0三酸緩沖溶液1mL,用水定容至5mL,室溫下反應(yīng)30min后,在激發(fā)波長340nm、發(fā)射波長433nm處測量溶液相對熒光強度(F/F0,F、F0分別為加入與不加入氨基化碳量子點時體系的熒光強度)。氨芐青霉素質(zhì)量濃度在2.0×10~(-6)~9.0×10~(-5) mol·L~(-1)內(nèi)與體系的相對熒光強度呈線性關(guān)系,檢出限(3S/N)為1.2×10~(-6) mol·L~(-1)。加標(biāo)回收率為99.0%~109%,測定值的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=5)小于2.0%。
[Abstract]:The carbon quantum dots were prepared by hydrothermal method. The surface of carbon quantum dots was ammonified by the reaction of carbon quantum dots with ammonia, and the fluorescence of ampicillin and aminated carbon quantum dots was enhanced significantly by the reaction of ampicillin and ammoniated carbon quantum dots. A fluorometric method for the determination of ampicillin in drugs was established. After adding 0.016mol 路L ~ (- 1) amino carbon quantum dot solution 1.00mL and sample solution 0.45 mL, pH 7.0 triacid buffer solution 1 mL, constant volume of 5 mL with water, the excitation wavelength is 340 nm after the reaction of 30min at room temperature. The relative fluorescence intensity of the solution was measured at the emission wavelength 433nm (F _ (?) F _ (0), F _ (0) is the fluorescence intensity of the system with and without the addition of amino carbon quantum dots). The relative fluorescence intensity of ampicillin was linear in the range of 2.0 脳 10 ~ (- 6) ~ 9.0 脳 10 ~ (- 5) mol 路L ~ (- 1) and the detection limit (3S/N) was 1.2 脳 10 ~ (- 6) mol 路L ~ (- 1). The recovery was 99.0% ~ 109%, and the relative standard deviation (n = 5) was less than 2.0%.
