【摘要】：以1.0代(1.0G)超支化大分子、水楊醛和CoCl_2·6H_2O為原料,依次經(jīng)過希夫堿反應(yīng)和絡(luò)合反應(yīng)合成了3種具有不同烷基鏈長度的新型超支化大分子橋聯(lián)水楊醛亞胺鈷催化劑。對目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行FT-IR、UV、MS及TG表征,考察了溶劑種類、助催化劑種類、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)壓力、Al/Co摩爾比等條件對超支化大分子橋聯(lián)水楊醛亞胺鈷催化劑催化乙烯低聚性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,超支化大分子橋聯(lián)水楊醛亞胺鈷催化劑催化乙烯低聚表現(xiàn)出良好的催化活性和高碳烯烴(C_(10+))的選擇性。催化活性隨反應(yīng)溫度和Al/Co摩爾比增加先增加后下降,隨反應(yīng)壓力增加而增加。以甲苯為溶劑,在一氯二乙基鋁(DEAC)活化下,當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度為25℃、反應(yīng)壓力為0.5MPa、Al/Co摩爾比為500時(shí),催化活性可達(dá)1.87×105 g·(mol Co)~(-1)·h~(-1),聚合產(chǎn)物中高碳烯烴的含量高達(dá)42.90%。
[Abstract]:Using 1.0 generation (1.0G) hyperbranched macromolecules, salicylaldehyde and CoCl_2 6H_2O as raw materials, Three novel hyperbranched macromolecules bridged with salicylidene-imine cobalt catalysts with different alkyl chain lengths were synthesized by Schiff base reaction and complex reaction respectively. The structure of the target product was characterized by FT-IR,UV,MS and TG. The kinds of solvents, cocatalyst, reaction temperature and reaction pressure were investigated. The effect of Al/Co molar ratio on ethylene oligomerization catalyzed by hyperbranched macromolecule bridged salicylidene-imine cobalt catalyst. The results showed that the hyperbranched macromolecule bridged salicylidene-imine cobalt catalyst exhibited good catalytic activity for ethylene oligomerization and selectivity for high olefins (C _ (10). The catalytic activity increased first and then decreased with the increase of reaction temperature and molar ratio of Al/Co, and increased with the increase of reaction pressure.
