蒸汽相體系下合成SAPO-34分子篩及其MTO催化性能

【摘要】:分別采用TEA(三乙胺)、DEA(二乙胺)、TEAOH(四乙基氫氧化銨)、MOR(嗎啉)中的1種或2種有機胺作為模板劑,在蒸汽相體系下均可合成純相的SAPO-34分子篩,通過XRD、SEM、NH_3-TPD、BET、XRF等手段對產(chǎn)物進行表征。結(jié)果表明,與水熱法合成的樣品HTS-SAPO-34進行對比,蒸汽相條件下的產(chǎn)物DGC-SAPO-34結(jié)晶度提高,粒徑變小,酸強度減弱,將其用于甲醇制烯烴(MTO)催化反應(yīng)時壽命可延長9.85%~96.4%,雙烯(乙烯+丙烯)選擇性提高0.81%~4.93%;在蒸汽相、雙模板合成SAPO-34分子篩時,TEAOH部分添加既可以有效地調(diào)控產(chǎn)物的晶粒大小,又能充分調(diào)變酸分布,其MTO催化性能相比單一模板(TEAOH除外)所合成樣品有顯著的提高,該方法有利于保持較高性能,同時降低合成成本,具有重要的實際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Using one or two organic amines in TEA (triethylamine), DEA (diethylamine), TEAOH (tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide), MOR (morpholine) as template, pure phase SAPO-34 molecular sieve can be synthesized in vapor phase system. The products were characterized by NH_3-TPD,BET,XRF. The results show that compared with the sample HTS-SAPO-34 synthesized by hydrothermal method, the crystallinity of the product DGC-SAPO-34 increases, the particle size decreases and the acid strength decreases under the condition of steam phase. When used in the (MTO) catalytic reaction of methanol to olefin, the life span can be prolonged by 9.85 and 96.4.The selectivity of diene (ethylene propylene) is increased by 0.81% and 4.93%, respectively. When SAPO-34 molecular sieve was synthesized by steam phase and double template, the partial addition of TEAOH could not only effectively regulate the grain size of the product, but also fully adjust the acid distribution. The catalytic performance of MTO is significantly higher than that of the samples synthesized by single template (except TEAOH). This method is helpful to maintain high performance and reduce the cost of synthesis. It has important practical application value.
