香水中鄰苯二甲酸酯總量測(cè)定及其暴露評(píng)估

【摘要】:建立了快速測(cè)定香水中鄰苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的前處理方法。將香水中的PAEs水解為鄰苯二甲酸(PA),再利用磷酸三丁酯萃取酸化液中的PA,使用高效液相色譜-二極管陣列檢測(cè)器定量分析,并評(píng)估了PAEs的暴露量。實(shí)驗(yàn)考察并優(yōu)化了影響PAEs水解率的因素,包括KOH的濃度和體積、乙醇的體積、水解時(shí)間和溫度,優(yōu)化后的水解條件:10 mL 4 mol/L KOH,1 mL乙醇,水解時(shí)間20 min,水解溫度80℃。目標(biāo)分析物的線性范圍為3~240μmol/L(R2=0.999 1),LOD和LOQ分別為4.6μmol/kg和5.9μmol/kg,加標(biāo)回收率為83.4%~92.7%,日內(nèi)和日間精密度(RSD)不大于6.8%(n=5)。選擇35種香水進(jìn)行測(cè)定,PAEs總量范圍在LOD~77.738 mmol/kg之間,成年女性經(jīng)由香水途徑接觸PAEs的最大暴露水平為0.474 2μg/(kg·d)。該方法前處理過程簡(jiǎn)單,可靠性高,適用范圍廣,可以作為檢測(cè)香水中PAEs的新選擇。
[Abstract]:A rapid method for the determination of phthalate (PAEs) in perfume was established. PAEs in perfume was hydrolyzed to (PA), phthalate and then extracted with tributyl phosphate to extract PA, from acidification solution. The content of PAEs was evaluated by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector. The factors affecting the hydrolysis rate of PAEs were investigated and optimized, including the concentration and volume of KOH, the volume of ethanol, the hydrolysis time and temperature, and the optimized hydrolysis conditions: 10 mL 4 mol/L KOH,1 mL ethanol and 20 min, hydrolysis time.
