【摘要】：針對(duì)兩種不同運(yùn)動(dòng)方式下的KDP單晶生長(zhǎng),進(jìn)行了流動(dòng)與物質(zhì)輸運(yùn)模擬。分析和比較了不同運(yùn)動(dòng)方式下,晶面附近溶液流動(dòng)及晶面過(guò)飽和度分布特征。研究了晶體尺寸對(duì)晶面過(guò)飽和度場(chǎng)的影響。結(jié)果表明:二維運(yùn)動(dòng)法中,晶面遭受的水動(dòng)力學(xué)條件較為復(fù)雜,使得其過(guò)飽和度分布不如轉(zhuǎn)晶法規(guī)則;二維運(yùn)動(dòng)法錐面過(guò)飽和度明顯高于轉(zhuǎn)晶法;單位周期內(nèi),轉(zhuǎn)晶法晶面平均過(guò)飽和度存在較大波動(dòng),而二維運(yùn)動(dòng)法過(guò)飽和度隨時(shí)間變化較小;總體上看,小尺寸晶體時(shí),二維運(yùn)動(dòng)法晶面過(guò)飽和度梯度小于轉(zhuǎn)晶法;大尺寸晶體時(shí),二維運(yùn)動(dòng)法晶面過(guò)飽和度梯度大于轉(zhuǎn)晶法。
[Abstract]:The flow and mass transport simulations were carried out for the growth of KDP single crystals in two different motion modes. The distribution characteristics of solution flow and surface supersaturation near the crystal plane under different motion modes are analyzed and compared. The effect of crystal size on the surface supersaturation field is studied. The results show that the hydrodynamic conditions of the crystal face are more complex in the two-dimensional motion method, and the supersaturation distribution of the crystal surface is inferior to the rule of the transgranular method, and the supersaturation of the conical surface in the two-dimensional kinematic method is obviously higher than that of the transgranular method. In the unit period, the average supersaturation of the crystal plane of the transgranular method fluctuates greatly, but the supersaturation of the two-dimensional motion method changes little with time, generally speaking, the gradient of the supersaturation of the two-dimensional moving method is smaller than that of the transgranular method when the crystal size is small. For large size crystals, the gradient of supersaturation in two-dimensional motion method is larger than that in transprystalline method.
