檢測硫酸氫根離子光化學探針分子研究進展

【摘要】:硫酸氫根離子(HSO!4)在生命、環(huán)境科學中發(fā)揮著非常重要的作用,進入環(huán)境后會污染環(huán)境,對人體造成危害。因此,選擇性和高靈敏識別檢測生物與環(huán)境樣品中HSO_4~-具有非常重要的意義。在眾多的分析檢測手段中,基于分子識別理念發(fā)展起來的光化學傳感分子(探針)具有獨特的優(yōu)勢。陰離子光化學傳感體系以其選擇性好、靈敏度高、易于實現(xiàn)在線分析,特別是可通過目視比色識別和原位檢測等特點成為目前研究的熱點。本文根據(jù)探針分子與HSO!4之間的作用機理,對近年來HSO!4的光化學探針分子進行分類和總結,綜述了HSO_4~-光化學探針的研究進展,并對其應用前景與發(fā)展趨勢進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Hydrogen sulfate ion (HSO4) plays a very important role in life and environmental science. It will pollute the environment and cause harm to human body after entering the environment. Therefore, selective and highly sensitive detection of HSO_4~- in biological and environmental samples is of great significance. Among the many analytical and detection methods, the photochemical sensing molecules (probes) developed based on the concept of molecular recognition have unique advantages. The anion photochemical sensing system has become a hot research area because of its good selectivity, high sensitivity and easy to realize on-line analysis, especially through visual colorimetric recognition and in situ detection. In this paper, according to the interaction mechanism between HSO4 and HSO4, the photochemical probe molecules of HSO4 in recent years are classified and summarized, and the research progress of HSO_4~- photochemical probe is reviewed. The application prospect and development trend are also prospected.
