有限溫度下一維Hubbard模型的化學勢泛函理論研究

【摘要】:通過數(shù)值方法求解了有限溫度下一維均勻Hubbard模型的熱力學Bethe-ansatz方程組,得到了在給定溫度和相互作用強度情況下,比熱c、磁化率χ和壓縮比κ隨化學勢μ的變化圖像.基于有限溫度下一維均勻Hubbard模型的精確解,利用化學勢(μ)-泛函理論研究了一維諧振勢下的非均勻Hubbard模型,給出了金屬態(tài)和Mott絕緣態(tài)下不同溫度情況時局域粒子密度n_i和局域壓縮比_κi隨格點的變化情況.
[Abstract]:The thermodynamic Bethe-ansatz equations of one-dimensional homogeneous Hubbard model at finite temperature are solved by numerical method. The specific heat, magnetic susceptibility 蠂 and squeezing ratio 魏 change with chemical potential 渭 at given temperature and interaction intensity are obtained. Based on the exact solution of one-dimensional uniform Hubbard model at finite temperature, the nonuniform Hubbard model under one-dimensional resonance potential is studied by using the chemical potential (渭) -functional theory. The variation of local particle density (NCI) and local squeezing ratio (K _ I) with lattice points at different temperatures in metal and Mott states are given.
