制備方法對鉬基耐硫甲烷化催化劑性能的影響

【摘要】:合成氣甲烷化是煤制天然氣工藝的主要過程之一。與傳統(tǒng)的鎳基催化劑相比,鉬基催化劑用于耐硫甲烷化可以省去精脫硫過程和水汽變換過程,具有一定的技術(shù)和成本優(yōu)勢。但是鉬基催化劑活性相對較低,尤其是低溫活性和高溫穩(wěn)定性有待提高。對比研究不同方法制備的MoO_3/ZrO_2催化劑在固定床反應(yīng)器上的耐硫甲烷化性能,發(fā)現(xiàn)采用溶液燃燒法制備的催化劑在相同條件下具有較高的耐硫甲烷化活性,當(dāng)空速為5000 h~(-1)、反應(yīng)壓力為3MPa、反應(yīng)溫度為300℃和400℃時(shí)其CO轉(zhuǎn)化率可分別達(dá)到26%和79%。催化劑的N_2物理吸附、透射電鏡、X射線衍射和Raman光譜等表征結(jié)果表明,溶液燃燒法制備的催化劑具有較小的ZrO_2晶粒尺寸和較大的比表面積,活性組分Mo物種在ZrO_2載體上的分散性更好。而采用共沉淀法和浸漬法制得的MoO_3/ZrO_2催化劑存在不同程度的Mo物種團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致其耐硫甲烷化活性較低。
[Abstract]:The methanation of syngas is one of the main processes in the process of producing natural gas from coal. Compared with the traditional nickel based catalysts, molybdenum based catalysts can eliminate the refined desulfurization process and water vapor shift process in methanation of sulfur tolerance, which has certain technical and cost advantages. But the activity of molybdenum based catalyst is relatively low, especially the low temperature activity and high temperature stability need to be improved. The methanation resistance of MoO_3/ZrO_2 catalyst prepared by different methods in fixed bed reactor was studied. It was found that the catalyst prepared by solution combustion method had higher methanation activity under the same conditions.
