【摘要】：基于堿性介質(zhì)中,磺胺類藥物對Ag?配合物與魯米諾(Luminol,Lu)化學(xué)發(fā)光體系的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度有抑制作用,建立了毛細(xì)管電泳-化學(xué)發(fā)光分離檢測磺胺甲VA唑(Sulfamethoxazole,SMZ)、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶(Sulfadimethoxine,SDM)、磺胺噻唑(Sulfathiazole,ST)的方法。3種磺胺類藥物經(jīng)毛細(xì)管電泳分離后,分別與Ag?配合物和魯米諾化學(xué)發(fā)光體系作用,以相對遷移時間定性,相對化學(xué)發(fā)光強(qiáng)度定量,采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線法測定樣品中的待測物含量。對影響毛細(xì)管電泳的分離與化學(xué)發(fā)光檢測的條件均進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。在最佳分離檢測條件下,3種磺胺類藥物在2.0~200μg/m L范圍內(nèi)線性良好(r0.9977)。對3種磺胺類藥物平行測定7次,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為1.3%~1.9%,3種磺胺類物質(zhì)的檢出限分別為0.33,0.20和0.034μg/m L,加標(biāo)回收率為80.2%~102.9%。將本方法應(yīng)用于豬肉、雞肉、牛奶中的3種磺胺類藥物殘留量檢測,結(jié)果令人滿意。
[Abstract]:Application of Sulfonamides to Ag? in Alkaline Media The luminescence intensity of the complex with the luminol (Luminol,Lu) chemiluminescence system was inhibited. A capillary electrophoresis chemiluminescence separation method was established for the detection of sulfamethoxazole (Sulfamethoxazole,SMZ), sulfamethoxypyrimidine (Sulfadimethoxine,SDM) and sulfamethoxazole (Sulfathiazole,). Three sulfonamides were separated from Ag? by capillary electrophoresis. The interaction of the complexes with the luminol chemiluminescence system was characterized by relative transfer time and quantitative analysis of relative chemiluminescence intensity. The content of the sample was determined by standard curve method. The conditions affecting the separation and chemiluminescence detection of capillary electrophoresis were optimized. Under the optimum conditions of separation and detection, the linearity of the three sulfonamides was good in the range of 2.0 渭 g / mL (r 0.9977). The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the three sulfonamides was 1. 3 and 1. 9, respectively. The detection limits of the three sulfonamides were 0. 33 渭 g / mL and 0.034 渭 g / mL, respectively. The recoveries of the three sulfonamides were 80.2% and 102.9%, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of sulfa residues in pork, chicken and milk with satisfactory results.
