【摘要】：目的建立通絡(luò)醒腦泡騰片中4種成分的含量測定方法。方法采用反相高效液相法(RP-HPLC),分析柱:Wondasil C18-WR色譜柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸水為流動相進(jìn)行梯度洗脫,流速控制在1.0ml/min,檢測波長為280nm,柱溫35℃。結(jié)果阿魏酸、黃芩苷、漢黃芩苷、藁本內(nèi)酯線性范圍分別為1.79~16.10ng、95.30~857.66ng、18.31~164.76ng、13.52~121.65ng;加樣回收率分別為93.07%(RSD=1.18%)、101.64%(RSD=0.89%)、100.32%(RSD=0.98%)、95.59%(RSD=2.25%)。結(jié)論所建立的方法簡便,準(zhǔn)確,快速,可用于通絡(luò)醒腦泡騰片的質(zhì)量控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of four components in Tongluo Xingnao effervescent tablets.
