通絡醒腦泡騰片中4種成分含量的RP-HPLC法同時測定

【摘要】:目的建立通絡醒腦泡騰片中4種成分的含量測定方法。方法采用反相高效液相法(RP-HPLC),分析柱:Wondasil C18-WR色譜柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸水為流動相進行梯度洗脫,流速控制在1.0ml/min,檢測波長為280nm,柱溫35℃。結果阿魏酸、黃芩苷、漢黃芩苷、藁本內酯線性范圍分別為1.79~16.10ng、95.30~857.66ng、18.31~164.76ng、13.52~121.65ng;加樣回收率分別為93.07%(RSD=1.18%)、101.64%(RSD=0.89%)、100.32%(RSD=0.98%)、95.59%(RSD=2.25%)。結論所建立的方法簡便,準確,快速,可用于通絡醒腦泡騰片的質量控制。
