基于等離子體原理的新型有機(jī)質(zhì)譜離子化技術(shù)

【摘要】:近年來,等離子體在有機(jī)化合物解吸與離子化中的作用日益凸顯,基于等離子體的各類有機(jī)質(zhì)譜離子化新技術(shù)不斷涌現(xiàn).該類技術(shù)在靈敏度、分析速度上較傳統(tǒng)的離子化方法有大幅度提升,使得它們?cè)趶?fù)雜樣品原位分析中具有顯著優(yōu)勢(shì).本綜述重點(diǎn)介紹等離子體離子化技術(shù)在近3年的最新進(jìn)展,評(píng)述它們與本課題組近期開發(fā)的火焰離子化、碳纖維離子化技術(shù)在原理、裝置及應(yīng)用方面的異同和相互聯(lián)系,并探討這類技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì).
[Abstract]:In recent years, plasma plays an increasingly important role in the desorption and ionization of organic compounds. The sensitivity and analytical speed of these techniques have been greatly improved compared with the traditional ionization method, which makes them have a significant advantage in the in-situ analysis of complex samples. This review focuses on the latest development of plasma ionization technology in the past three years, and reviews their similarities and differences with the flame ionization developed recently by our research group, and the similarities and differences of carbon fiber ionization technology in principle, device and application. The development trend of this kind of technology is also discussed.
