地不容生物堿成分研究

【摘要】:為了研究地不容的生物堿成分,采用硅膠柱層析和Sephadex LH-20柱層析進行化合物的分離純化,采用HRESIMS,NMR以及比旋光度測定等方法對化合物結(jié)構(gòu)進行鑒定。從地不容中分離鑒定了7個化合物,包括3個嗎啡型生物堿:青藤堿(1),sinomenine N-oxide(2)和青風藤堿(3);4個原小檗堿型生物堿:四氫巴馬汀(4),紫堇單酚堿(5),千金藤定堿(6)和異紫堇單酚堿(7)。其中化合物2和7為首次從地不容中分離得到,化合物3對乙酰膽堿酯酶具有明顯的抑制作用(IC50=3.03μM)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the alkaloids, the compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by HRESIMS,NMR and specific spectrophotometry. Seven compounds, including three morphine-type alkaloids, sinomenine (1), sinomenine N-oxide (2) and sinomenine (3), were isolated and identified from Dianadine. Four proto-berberine alkaloids: tetrahydropalmatine (4), Corydalis monophenol (5), Qianjinding (6) and isocorydine (7). Compounds 2 and 7 were isolated from ground exclusion for the first time. Compound 3 has obvious inhibitory effect on acetylcholinesterase (IC50=3.03 渭 M).
