【摘要】：從生物質(zhì)出發(fā)可以制備一系列的呋喃衍生物,包括5-羥甲基糠醛(5-HMF)、甲氧基甲基糠醛(MMF)、乙氧基甲基糠醛(EMF)。5-HMF是一種重要的平臺(tái)化合物,以它為原料可以制備醫(yī)藥中間體、農(nóng)藥和塑料單體,MMF可以用作油品添加劑,EMF有望成為一種高能量密度的生物燃料而備受關(guān)注。本文介紹了近年來在低沸點(diǎn)溶劑中以果糖為原料制備5-HMF、MMF和EMF的研究進(jìn)展。低沸點(diǎn)溶劑體系的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能在較低溫度下通過減壓蒸餾的方式揮發(fā)溶劑,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)物與溶劑的低能耗簡(jiǎn)便分離,降低產(chǎn)物的分離和純化成本,推動(dòng)其大規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。本文所述溶劑的沸點(diǎn)均小于100℃,不僅可作反應(yīng)溶劑、萃取劑使用,還是制備MMF和EMF的反應(yīng)物之一。最后,提出了在低沸點(diǎn)溶劑中由果糖制備呋喃衍生物所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及解決策略,并對(duì)未來的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:A series of furan derivatives can be prepared from biomass, including 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5-HMF). Methoxy methyl furfural (MMF), ethoxy methyl furfural (EMF). 5-HMF is an important platform compound. It can be used as raw material to prepare pharmaceutical intermediates, pesticides and plastic monomers. MMF can be used as oil additive. EMF is expected to become a kind of biofuel with high energy density. In this paper, the recent progress in the preparation of 5-HMFM-MMF and EMF from fructose in low boiling point solvent is introduced. The advantage of the low boiling point solvent system is that it can volatilize the solvent at lower temperature by vacuum distillation, realize the simple separation of product and solvent with low energy consumption, reduce the cost of separation and purification of the product, and promote its large-scale industrial production.
