銀黃含化滴丸UPLC指紋圖譜研究

【摘要】:目的:建立銀黃含化滴丸的指紋圖譜分析方法,為其質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)積累基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法:采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色譜柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm);以0.4%磷酸溶液-乙腈為流動(dòng)相,梯度洗脫;流速0.4 m L/min;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)326 nm;柱溫40℃;進(jìn)樣量1.0μL。結(jié)果:建立16批銀黃含化滴丸的UPLC特征指紋圖譜,共確定21個(gè)共有峰,指認(rèn)其中的11種化學(xué)成分,相似度均在0.998以上。結(jié)論:該方法高效、簡(jiǎn)便、易行,為銀黃含化滴丸的質(zhì)量控制提供了較為快速有效的評(píng)價(jià)方法。
