水稻秸稈水熱處理-酯交換改性制備吸油材料

【摘要】:以水稻秸稈為原料經(jīng)水熱處理-酯交換改性制備溢油吸附材料。水稻秸稈通過(guò)水熱預(yù)處理改善其纖維結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)一步以乙酸乙烯酯為酯化劑、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺為溶劑、無(wú)水碳酸鉀為催化劑進(jìn)行酯交換改性,改性后材料的親油疏水性得到明顯改善。系統(tǒng)考察了酯交換反應(yīng)的條件對(duì)改性材料的吸油性能影響,得到優(yōu)化的改性條件:反應(yīng)溫度為90℃,催化劑濃度為1.5g/m L,酯化劑體積分?jǐn)?shù)為20%,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為6h。改性后水稻秸稈的吸油倍率為9.71g/g,吸水倍率為0.51g/g。對(duì)改性前后的材料進(jìn)行BET、XRD和FTIR表征,發(fā)現(xiàn)水熱處理可以顯著改善材料的孔結(jié)構(gòu),擴(kuò)大其孔徑;酯交換改性材料的結(jié)晶度降低和乙;卣鞣宓某霈F(xiàn),說(shuō)明水稻秸稈確實(shí)發(fā)生了酯交換反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Oil spill adsorption materials were prepared by hydrothermal treatment and transesterification modification of rice straw. The fiber structure of rice straw was improved by hydrothermal pretreatment. The esterification of rice straw was carried out with ethylene acetate as esterification agent, N- (N-dimethylformamide) as solvent and anhydrous potassium carbonate as catalyst for transesterification. The hydrophobicity of the modified materials was improved obviously. The effects of transesterification conditions on the oil absorption properties of the modified materials were systematically investigated.
