毛細(xì)管氣相色譜法檢測欖香烯原料藥的有關(guān)物質(zhì)

【摘要】:目的:建立毛細(xì)管氣相色譜法(CGC法)檢測欖香烯原料藥的有關(guān)物質(zhì)。方法:采用DB-WAXetr(60 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)毛細(xì)管氣相色譜柱,柱溫為程序升溫(起始柱溫為80℃,維持5 min,以3℃·min~(-1)的速率升溫至185℃,再以20℃·min~(-1)的速率升溫至230℃,維持60 min),進(jìn)樣口溫度230℃,檢測器溫度230℃,分流比為10:1,進(jìn)樣量1.0μL。結(jié)果:方法的專屬性強(qiáng),β-欖香烯質(zhì)量濃度在5.003 6~160.12μg·mL~(-1)的范圍內(nèi)呈線性(r=1.000 0,n=7),最低檢出限為0.87μg·mL~(-1);3批樣品的有關(guān)物質(zhì)總量依次為15.4%、15.5%、14.7%。結(jié)論:本方法可用于欖香烯原料藥的有關(guān)物質(zhì)檢測。
