激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜技術(shù)用于抹茶和綠茶粉的快速鑒別

【摘要】:研究利用激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜技術(shù)結(jié)合化學(xué)計量學(xué)方法快速鑒別抹茶和綠茶粉的可行性。抹茶與綠茶粉的主要區(qū)別在于茶樹品種、栽培管理、生長時間和加工工藝。通過采集不同廠家生產(chǎn)的抹茶和不同殺青方式制成的綠茶粉在230~880nm的激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜并進(jìn)行歸一化預(yù)處理后,選用主成分分析(PCA),依據(jù)X-variables loadings獲取用于鑒別抹茶和綠茶粉的特征波長,并基于特征波長建立線性判別式分析(LDA)模型。結(jié)果表明:基于特征波長建立的LDA模型能快速鑒別抹茶和綠茶粉,4個特征波長分別屬于C(Ⅰ)247.94nm,Mg(Ⅱ)279.60nm,Ca(Ⅱ)393.45nm和Fe(Ⅱ)766.68nm;建模集和預(yù)測集的判別正確率均達(dá)到100%。采用激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜技術(shù)可以準(zhǔn)確鑒別不同廠家生產(chǎn)的抹茶和不同殺青方式制成的綠茶粉。
[Abstract]:The feasibility of rapid identification of matcha and green tea powder by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy and chemometrics was studied. The main differences between matcha and green tea powder are tea variety, cultivation management, growing time and processing technology. Green tea powder produced by different manufacturers and green tea powder produced by different ways of killing green tea were analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA),) after laser induced breakdown spectrum of 230~880nm and normalized pretreatment were carried out.
