【摘要】：目的:建立桑白皮中綠原酸、東莨菪內(nèi)酯、白藜蘆醇、桑色素含量測定的方法。方法:采用Eclipse SB-C18色譜柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流動相乙腈-0.01%磷酸梯度洗脫,流速1.0 m L·min~(-1),柱溫30℃,檢測波長285 nm。結(jié)果:綠原酸、東莨菪內(nèi)酯、白藜蘆醇和桑色素分別在6.4~76.8 mg·L~(-1)(r=0.999 9),5.15~61.8 mg·L-1(r=0.999 6),1.11~13.32mg·L-1(r=0.999 6),2.76~33.12 mg·L~(-1)(r=0.999 7)線性關(guān)系良好,平均加樣回收率在98.4%~99.4%(RSD≤2%),供試品溶液在12 h內(nèi)穩(wěn)定,且該方法重復(fù)性良好;通過對5批桑白皮藥材的測定,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)河南(批號140401)樣品中綠原酸、東莨菪內(nèi)酯、桑色素含量均較高,湖北(批號D5090202)樣品中白藜蘆醇含量相對最高。結(jié)論:該含量測定方法精密度高,準(zhǔn)確度高,適合桑白皮中4種成分的含量測定。
