郁金塊根的化學(xué)成分研究

【摘要】:姜黃屬(Curcuma)隸屬于姜科(Zingiberaceae),全世界約有60余種,我國(guó)產(chǎn)16種,主要分布于我國(guó)東南南部至西南部地區(qū)。其主要化學(xué)成分為萜類和二苯庚烷類化合物。姜黃屬中有許多植物可作為中藥材使用,郁金(Curcuma aromatica Salisb.)便是其中之一。據(jù)《藥性論》記載,郁金塊根具有較好的行氣破血、消積止痛的作用,是臨床上常用的活血化瘀藥物,主要用于治療血?dú)庑耐、脘腹脹痛、飲食積滯、痛經(jīng)、血滯經(jīng)閉、跌打損傷。為進(jìn)一步深入研究郁金中的活性成分,本論文綜合采用多種色譜分離技術(shù),對(duì)郁金塊根的75%乙醇提取物進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的化學(xué)成分研究,結(jié)合光譜學(xué)等結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定技術(shù),從中共分離并鑒定了 43個(gè)化合物,包括24個(gè)倍半萜類(1-8,11-26),4個(gè)二萜類(9-10,27-28),11個(gè)二苯庚烷類(29-34,37-41),2個(gè)酚類化合物(35-36),以及2個(gè)甾醇類(42、43)化合物。其中,化合物1為具有全新骨架的倍半萜類化合物,29和30為首次從姜黃屬中發(fā)現(xiàn)的二苯庚烷二聚體類化合物,2-8為新的倍半萜類化合物,9-10為新的二萜類化合物,31-34為新的二苯庚烷類化合物,35和36為新的酚類化合物;钚匝芯勘砻:化合物 1,2,5-8,11-12,14,16,18-19,29-31,33,37-38,40-41 具有良好的抑制 H2O2 引起的 PC12細(xì)胞損傷的作用(P0.001)。本研究為該植物的深入開發(fā)提供了前期研究基礎(chǔ)。此外,本論文對(duì)姜黃屬的化學(xué)成分研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:There are more than 60 species of turmeric in the world belonging to (Zingiberaceae), of the family Curcumae, 16 of which are made in China, mainly from the south to the southwest of southeast China. The main chemical constituents are terpenoids and diphenylheptane compounds. There are many plants in turmeric that can be used as traditional Chinese medicine, (Curcuma aromatica Salisb.). Is one of them. According to the "theory of medicine", the root of Tujin has a good effect of removing qi and breaking blood and relieving pain. It is a commonly used medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It is mainly used to treat blood gas, abdominal distending pain, food accumulation stagnation, dysmenorrhea, blood stagnation and amenorrhea, which is mainly used in the treatment of blood qi, abdominal distention pain, food stagnation, dysmenorrhea, and blood stagnation. A falling injury. In order to further study the active components in tuber, the chemical constituents of 75% ethanol extract from tuber were studied by using a variety of chromatographic separation techniques, and the structural identification techniques such as spectroscopy were used. A total of 43 compounds were isolated and identified, including 24 sesquiterpenoids (1-81-26), 4 diterpenoids (9-1047-28), 11 diphenylheptane (29-34h37-41), and 2 phenolic compounds (35-36). And two sterols (42o43) compounds. Among them, compounds 1 are sesquiterpenoids with a new skeleton, 29 and 30 are diphenylheptane dimers, 2-8 are new sesquiterpenes, 9-10 are new diterpenoids, 31-34 are new diphenyl heptane compounds, 35 and 36 are new phenolic compounds. The activity study showed that compound 1: 1, 2, 2, 2, 5, 8, 11, 12, 14, 1, 16, 18, 1929, 31, 3, 3, 3, 3, 37, 38, 38, 40-41, had a good inhibitory effect on PC12 cell damage induced by H2O2 (P0. 001). This study provides a basis for the further development of this plant. In addition, the chemical constituents of Curcuma were reviewed in this paper.
