二氟沙星激發(fā)態(tài)氧化損傷氨基酸和脫氧鳥苷酸的激光光解研究(英文)

【摘要】:本文利用激光光解法研究了二氟沙星激發(fā)態(tài)氧化損傷氨基酸和脫氧鳥苷酸等生物小分子。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示二氟沙星激發(fā)態(tài)水溶液氧化損傷色氨酸,酪氨酸,半胱氨酸和脫氧鳥苷酸的速率常數(shù)分別為1.97×10~8,1.48×10~8,1.72×10~8,6.92×10~7dm~3?mol~(-1)?s~(-1)。通過光譜分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析可以得出激發(fā)態(tài)二氟沙星氧化損傷色氨酸,酪氨酸,半胱氨酸和脫氧鳥苷酸是通過電子轉(zhuǎn)移的方式進(jìn)行的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a laser photolysis method was used to study the oxidative damage of amino acids and deoxyguanosine monophosphates in the excited state of difluorfloxacin. The results showed that the rate constants of oxidative damage to tryptophan, tyrosine, cysteine and deoxyguanosine were 1.97 脳 10 ~ (-8) (1.48 脳 10 ~ (8) ~ (1.72) 脳 10 ~ (-1) 脳 10 ~ (7) dm ~ (-1)? s ~ (-1), respectively. Spectral analysis and experimental data analysis showed that the oxidative damage to tryptophan tyrosine cysteine and deoxyguanosine was carried out by electron transfer.
