酸棗仁黃酮HPLC指紋圖譜建立及2種成分測定

【摘要】:目的建立酸棗仁Ziziphi spinosae Semen黃酮HPLC指紋圖譜,并測定其中2種成分的含有量。方法以斯皮諾素為參照峰,建立10批樣品的HPLC指紋圖譜。酸棗仁黃酮甲醇提取物的分析采用Agilent TC-C_(18)色譜柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流動相乙腈-0.1%醋酸,梯度洗脫;體積流量1 m L/min;柱溫30℃;檢測波長280 nm。結果 HPLC指紋圖譜中有10個共有峰,并鑒定出其中8個(維采寧-Ⅱ、牡荊素葡萄糖苷、異斯皮諾素、斯皮諾素、6'''-pyridyloylspinosin、6'''-對羥基苯甲酰斯皮諾素、6'''-阿魏酰斯皮諾素、6'''-對香豆酰斯皮諾素)。斯皮諾素和6'''-阿魏酰斯皮諾素分別在15.00~40.00μg和5.00~14.00μg范圍內線性關系良好,平均加樣回收率(RSD)分別為100.5%(1.6%)和100.4%(1.6%)。結論該方法準確、簡單、可靠,可用于酸棗仁黃酮的質量控制。
