氯磷酸二苯酯介入的芳香醛與砜縮合制備非對(duì)稱芳香炔烴

【摘要】:氯磷酸二苯酯促進(jìn)芳香醛與砜縮合反應(yīng)在室溫下有效進(jìn)行,能高收率形成對(duì)應(yīng)的非對(duì)稱芳香炔烴.考察了醛及砜芳環(huán)上取代基對(duì)反應(yīng)的影響,結(jié)果表明不論是吸電子基還是給電子基對(duì)反應(yīng)都無明顯影響,制備了一系列官能團(tuán)化的非對(duì)稱二苯基炔烴、噻吩及吡啶類炔烴、香豆素類炔烴及二苯基膦;Wo(hù)的二炔烴和三炔烴,并從分子結(jié)構(gòu)上闡明了本縮合反應(yīng)可在室溫下有效進(jìn)行的原理.
[Abstract]:Diphenyl chlorophosphate promoted the condensation of aromatic aldehydes with sulfone at room temperature and the corresponding asymmetric aromatic alkynes were formed in high yield. The effects of substituents on the reaction of aldehydes and sulfone aromatic rings were investigated. The results showed that neither the electron absorbing group nor the electron donating group had a significant effect on the reaction. A series of functional asymmetric diphenyne hydrocarbons, thiophene and pyridine alkynes were prepared. Coumarin alkynes, diphenylphosphonyl protected dialkynes and trialkynes are protected. The principle that the condensation reaction can be effectively carried out at room temperature is explained from the molecular structure.
