HPLC法測定甜葉菊中6個(gè)酚酸類成分含量

【摘要】:目的:建立高效液相色譜法同時(shí)測定甜葉菊葉中新綠原酸、綠原酸、隱綠原酸、異綠原酸B、異綠原酸A和異綠原酸C6個(gè)酚酸類成分。方法:采用C18色譜柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相為0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈,梯度洗脫,柱溫30℃,檢測波長327 nm。結(jié)果:6個(gè)酚酸質(zhì)量濃度在10~196μg·m L-1范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好;6個(gè)酚酸的加樣回收率分別為98.3%、95.2%、100.1%、97.3%、95.6%和96.1%,加樣回收率、精密度、重復(fù)性、穩(wěn)定性均符合有關(guān)規(guī)定;9批樣品中6個(gè)酚酸類成分的含量分別為新綠原酸0.062%~0.725%,綠原酸0.277%~2.450%,隱綠原酸0.096%~0.694%,異綠原酸B 0.046%~0.867%,異綠原酸A0.157%~0.772%,異綠原酸C 0.135%~1.821%,6個(gè)酚酸之和在1.182%~6.668%。結(jié)論:該方法可為甜葉菊進(jìn)一步開發(fā)利用提供質(zhì)量控制方法。
