球型多孔二氧化硅吸附劑的制備和性能

【摘要】:在異丙醇水溶液中進(jìn)行正硅酸乙酯水解-縮聚反應(yīng)得到二氧化硅納米球,然后在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮保護(hù)下將其用氫氧化鈉溶液刻蝕,得到球型多孔二氧化硅吸附劑。用透射電鏡、BET氮吸附法分別測(cè)試合成吸附劑的形貌和比表面積,并考察其吸附性能及其影響因素。結(jié)果表明,合成的二氧化硅具有近單分散的多孔納米球型形貌,比表面積超過(guò)600 m~2/g,能有效吸附水中的重金屬離子。
[Abstract]:Silica nanospheres were prepared by hydrolysis and condensation of ethyl orthosilicate in isopropanol aqueous solution and then etched with sodium hydroxide solution under the protection of polyvinylpyrrolidone to obtain spherical porous silica adsorbent. The morphology and specific surface area of the synthesized adsorbents were measured by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and BET nitrogen adsorption method. The results show that the synthesized silica has nearly monodisperse porous nanospheres with a specific surface area of more than 600 mg / g and can effectively adsorb heavy metal ions in water.
