基于超高效液相色譜-四級桿串聯(lián)飛行時間質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法的牛奶質(zhì)量控制和摻假鑒別

【摘要】:目的建立基于超高效液相色譜-四級桿串聯(lián)飛行時間質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用結(jié)合模式識別分析法對牛奶進行質(zhì)量控制和摻假物質(zhì)鑒別。方法樣品經(jīng)高速離心除脂肪,乙腈除蛋白后,取上清,經(jīng)ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH C18柱分離,QTOF MS/MS檢測,PCA和PLS-DA對所獲數(shù)據(jù)進行分類分析。結(jié)果牛奶和摻入不同物質(zhì)的摻假牛奶在BPC圖譜和PCA與PLS-DA得分圖上可以有很好的區(qū)分,能準確篩檢出差異物質(zhì)或摻假物質(zhì)。結(jié)論 UPLC/Q-TOF-MS/MS結(jié)合模式識別分析法可用于牛奶的質(zhì)量控制和摻假鑒別。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method of quality control and identification of adulterated substances in milk based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-series time of flight mass spectrometry (TTOMS). Methods the samples were separated by high speed centrifugation and protein removal by acetonitrile. The samples were separated by ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH C18 column and detected by QTOF MS/MS. The obtained data were classified and analyzed by PCA and PLS-DA. Results there was a good distinction between milk and adulterated milk on BPC map, PCA and PLS-DA score chart, and the difference substance or adulterated substance could be detected accurately. Conclusion UPLC/Q-TOF-MS/MS combined with pattern recognition analysis can be used for quality control and adulteration identification of milk.
