α-乙酰基二硫縮烯酮Vilsmeier反應(yīng)在共軛三烯化合物合成中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以α-乙;蚩s烯酮為起始原料,通過與Vilsmeier試劑反應(yīng)得到亞胺鹽正離子中間體,利用亞胺鹽正離子中間體與碳親核體反應(yīng),成功制備了多取代共軛三烯類化合物.該方法具有原料易得、反應(yīng)條件溫和及實驗步驟簡單等優(yōu)點.該反應(yīng)不僅建立了一種簡單、有效合成多取代共軛三烯化合物新方法,而且擴展了α-乙;蚩s烯酮類化合物在有機合成中的進一步應(yīng)用.
[Abstract]:Using 偽 -acetyldithioketene as the starting material, the imine ion intermediate was prepared by reaction with Vilsmeier reagent. The polysubstituted conjugated trienes were prepared by the reaction of imine ion intermediate with carbon nucleophile. The method has the advantages of easy availability of raw materials, mild reaction conditions and simple experimental steps. This reaction not only established a simple and effective method for the synthesis of polysubstituted conjugated trienes, but also extended the further application of 偽 -acetyldithioenones in organic synthesis.
