電感耦合等離子體串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法測定野生皂莢中多種微量元素

【摘要】:采用電感耦合等離子體串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜(ICP-MS/MS)法測定野生皂莢中多種微量元素的含量。皂莢樣品以HNO_3+H_2O_2+HCl為混合消解試劑經(jīng)微波消解后直接測定。在MS/MS模式下向碰撞反應(yīng)池中通過氧氣或氨氣,分別利用氧氣質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)移、氧氣原位質(zhì)量和氨氣質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)移消除多原子離子質(zhì)譜干擾。通過分析國家標準參考物質(zhì)綠茶(GBW10052)和芹菜(GBW10048)驗證方法的準確性和精密度,所測定結(jié)果與參考值基本一致,RSD≤7.8%。采用所建立的方法分別分析了來自中國云南和重慶武陵山區(qū)野生皂莢中的12種微量元素(V,Cr,Co,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ni,As,Cd,Hg,Pb),12種微量元素的檢出限為0.29~21.36ng·L~(-1)。結(jié)果顯示,野生皂莢12種分析元素中Fe含量最高,其次為元素Zn,重金屬元素As,Cd,Hg和Pb的含量遠低于《中國藥典》限量標準。該研究為野生皂莢中微量元素的安全評價和監(jiān)管提供了科學(xué)方法和數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry (ICP-MS/MS) was used to determine the contents of various trace elements in wild acacia. HNO_3 H_2O_2 HCl was used as the mixed digestion reagent for the determination of Gleditsia acacia by microwave digestion. Using oxygen mass transfer, oxygen in situ mass transfer and ammonia mass transfer to eliminate the interference of polyatomic ion mass spectrometry through oxygen or ammonia in the collision reaction cell in MS/MS mode.
