從廢水溶液中絡(luò)合萃取N-羥基丁二酰亞胺的研究

【摘要】:針對含0.015~0.03 g?mL~(-1)的N-羥基丁二酰亞胺(HOSU)水溶液,采用三辛胺(TOA)、正丁醇組成萃取劑,在單級(jí)液液萃取裝置中通過實(shí)驗(yàn)篩選出最優(yōu)萃取體系,考察了TOA的體積分?jǐn)?shù)、兩相相比、萃取溫度、鹽析劑等對HOSU在油水兩相中分配系數(shù)的影響,并測定了該系統(tǒng)在25℃下的相平衡數(shù)據(jù)。紅外光譜圖分析結(jié)果表明TOA對HOSU的絡(luò)合萃取同時(shí)存在氫鍵締合和離子締合兩種形式;谫|(zhì)量作用定律,建立了表達(dá)該萃取過程的相平衡模型,對25℃的萃取相平衡數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián),結(jié)果表明有機(jī)相中HOSU濃度的實(shí)驗(yàn)值與模型計(jì)算值吻合良好。
