鐵催化碳-碳偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:過渡金屬催化的偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)是構(gòu)建碳-碳鍵的重要手段.Fe具有儲(chǔ)量豐富、價(jià)廉低毒、價(jià)態(tài)多樣的特點(diǎn),是一種理想的催化劑.隨著人們對(duì)綠色、高效、高選擇性反應(yīng)的重視,鐵催化的偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)研究日益增多.特別是近10年來,出現(xiàn)許多新的催化體系,催生出多種反應(yīng)類型,如氧化偶聯(lián)、還原偶聯(lián)和C—H直接官能團(tuán)化.根據(jù)偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)的類型,綜述了近年來鐵催化碳-碳偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)的研究進(jìn)展.主要介紹各反應(yīng)的特點(diǎn)、反應(yīng)機(jī)理和應(yīng)用,并展望其發(fā)展前景.
[Abstract]:Transition metal-catalyzed coupling reaction is an important method for the construction of carbon-carbon bonds. Fe is an ideal catalyst because of its rich reserves, low price and various valence states. With the attention to green, efficient and highly selective reactions, iron catalyzed coupling reactions are increasingly studied. Especially in the past 10 years, many new catalytic systems have emerged, resulting in a variety of reaction types, such as oxidative coupling, reductive coupling and C-H direct functionalization. According to the type of coupling reaction, the recent progress of iron catalyzed carbon-carbon coupling reaction was reviewed. The characteristics, reaction mechanism and application of each reaction are introduced, and its development prospect is prospected.
