【摘要】：建立了一種用固相萃取-高效液相色譜法同時(shí)測(cè)定沼液中3種四環(huán)素類(lèi)(TCs)和6種磺胺類(lèi)(SAs)抗生素的分析方法。樣品經(jīng)Na2EDTA提取,固相萃取小柱富集凈化,甲醇洗脫后,用高效液相色譜-紫外檢測(cè)法測(cè)定。檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)270nm,柱溫25℃,流動(dòng)相為乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液,采用等度洗脫。9種待測(cè)組分實(shí)現(xiàn)了基線(xiàn)分離,線(xiàn)性范圍為0.02~10mg·L-1。沼液實(shí)際樣品的加標(biāo)回收率范圍為74.2%~102.9%。方法的檢出限為2.8~21.0μg·L-1。應(yīng)用此方法對(duì)南京地區(qū)分別以豬糞、牛糞、雞糞為發(fā)酵原料的3個(gè)沼氣工程的沼液樣品進(jìn)行分析測(cè)定,結(jié)果表明在3種不同發(fā)酵原料的沼液環(huán)境中,不同頻率地檢出了四環(huán)素類(lèi)和磺胺類(lèi)抗生素,濃度范圍為21.7~125.5μg·L-1。該方法具有準(zhǔn)確可靠、快速簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可用于沼液中上述9種組分的同時(shí)測(cè)定。
