芳香族化合物參與構(gòu)筑吸附材料制備及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:7本論文采用芳香族聚合物成功構(gòu)筑了對染料和重金屬六價鉻具有優(yōu)異吸附性能的功能材料,并深入探討了該材料對污染物的吸附機(jī)理。論文在探索了五元環(huán)芳香族聚合物對吸附材料的影響的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探究了六元環(huán)芳香族聚合物參與構(gòu)筑的吸附材料,在結(jié)構(gòu)和性能上的優(yōu)越性,其詳細(xì)的研究內(nèi)容分為三個部分:以1-乙烯基咪唑和2-氯乙胺鹽酸鹽合成了芳香族聚離子液體(PIL),再與甘蔗渣(SCB)發(fā)生聚合,制備了SCB/PIL納米材料,通過FTIR、SEM、TGA、XRD對材料的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析。測試結(jié)果表明材料是表面粗糙,呈片狀,具有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性。實(shí)驗(yàn)探討了其對橙黃Ⅱ和六價鉻的吸附性能,研究了溶液的初始pH、接觸時間、吸附劑量、溶液濃度和共存離子對吸附容量的影響。通過吸附動力學(xué)和吸附等溫線探討了材料對橙黃Ⅱ和六價鉻的吸附原理。結(jié)果表明,SCB/PIL對橙黃Ⅱ的吸附過程符合假二階動力學(xué)方程和Freundlich等溫吸附模型,而對六價鉻的吸附過程符合假二階動力學(xué)方程和Langmuir等溫吸附模型。以二乙烯基苯和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸為原料,同樣通過自由游離基引發(fā)聚合,形成交聯(lián)聚合物Poly(AMPS-co-DVB),同時調(diào)節(jié)合成過程中2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸與二乙烯基苯的比例,制備了一系列的Poly(AMPS-co-DVB)吸附劑。本文通過SEM、XRD、FTIR、TGA、BET對Poly(AMPS-co-DVB)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析,結(jié)果表明Poly(AMPS-co-DVB)是表面粗糙、無定形的、熱穩(wěn)定良好的多孔材料。吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)表明Poly(AMPS-co-DVB)對羅丹明B有優(yōu)越的吸附性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了溶液初始pH、接觸時間、吸附劑量和吸附溫度對吸附容量的影響。通過對吸附動力學(xué)、吸附等溫線和吸附熱力學(xué)的研究,探討了Poly(AMPS-co-DVB)對羅丹明B染料廢水的吸附機(jī)理。經(jīng)計(jì)算表明,Poly(AMPS-co-DVB)對羅丹明B的吸附符合假二階動力學(xué)方程和Langmuir等溫吸附模型,其對羅丹明B的吸附過程是一個自發(fā)的、吸熱的、熵增加的過程。以丙烯酸和二乙烯基苯為原料,通過自由游離基聚合合成了交聯(lián)聚合物Poly(AA-co-DVB),同時調(diào)節(jié)合成過程中丙烯酸與二乙烯基苯的比例,制備了一系列的Poly(AA-co-DVB)吸附劑。通過SEM、FTIR、TGA對Poly(AA-co-DVB)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析。測試表明Poly(AA-co-DVB)是表面粗糙、不規(guī)則的表面形貌,具有良好的熱穩(wěn)定性。研究了Poly(AA-co-DVB)對水溶液中的亞甲基藍(lán)的吸附效果,在實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下的最優(yōu)pH和接觸時間,通過吸附動力學(xué)和吸附等溫線的計(jì)算表明,Poly(AA-co-DVB)對亞甲基藍(lán)的吸附符合假二階動力學(xué)方程和Langmuir吸附等溫模型。
[Abstract]:In this paper, aromatic polymers were used to successfully construct functional materials with excellent adsorption properties for dyes and hexavalent chromium, and the adsorption mechanism of pollutants was discussed. On the basis of exploring the influence of quaternary aromatic polymers on the adsorption materials, the advantages of the structures and properties of the adsorption materials constructed by the hexagonal ring aromatic polymers are further explored in this paper. The detailed research contents are divided into three parts: the aromatic polyionic liquid (PIL),) was synthesized from 1-vinylimidazole and 2-chloroethylamine hydrochloride, and then polymerized with bagasse (SCB). The SCB/PIL nanomaterials were prepared. The structure of the materials was analyzed by FTIR,SEM,TGA,XRD. The results show that the material has a rough surface, sheet shape and good thermal stability. The effects of the initial pH, contact time, the amount of adsorbent, the concentration of the solution and the coexisting ions on the adsorption capacity were investigated.
