堿處理HZSM-5分子篩在線催化提質(zhì)生物油

【摘要】:采用NaOH溶液對HZSM-5分子篩進(jìn)行堿處理,利用XRD、SEM、BET、Py-FTIR四種方法表征改性HZSM-5分子篩,對生物原油有機(jī)相、未改性HZSM-5制得生物油有機(jī)相與改性HZSM-5制得生物油有機(jī)相進(jìn)行理化特性及成分分析,研究了堿處理HZSM-5分子篩對生物油有機(jī)相產(chǎn)物的影響;對使用了120 min的三種失活催化劑進(jìn)行了熱重分析,并對焦炭峰面積進(jìn)行了積分計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過堿處理后的HZSM-5分子篩保留了典型的MFI拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),形成了一定數(shù)量的介孔;同時(shí),經(jīng)堿處理1 h的HZSM-5分子篩催化制得的生物油有機(jī)相產(chǎn)物的產(chǎn)率有所增加且理化特性得到提高,其產(chǎn)物中烴類物質(zhì)的含量顯著增加,達(dá)到了37.67%,且以單環(huán)芳香烴為主;同時(shí)改性HZSM-5分子篩對生物油有機(jī)相中的酸、醛及酮類物質(zhì)均有較好的脫除效果,有效地降低了生物油的腐蝕性并提升了生物油的穩(wěn)定性,熱值達(dá)到了35.32 MJ/kg;經(jīng)1 h堿處理的HZSM-5分子篩的總結(jié)焦量明顯降低。
[Abstract]:The modified HZSM-5 molecular sieve was treated with NaOH solution. The modified HZSM-5 molecular sieve was characterized by XRD,SEM,BET,Py-FTIR. The physical and chemical properties and composition of the organic phase of bio-crude oil, the organic phase of bio-oil prepared by unmodified HZSM-5 and the organic phase of bio-oil prepared by modified HZSM-5 were analyzed. The effect of alkali treatment of HZSM-5 molecular sieve on the organic phase products of bio-oil was studied, and the thermogravimetric analysis of three deactivated catalysts with 120 min was carried out, and the integral calculation of coke peak area was carried out. The results showed that the HZSM-5 molecular sieve after alkali treatment retained the typical MFI topology and formed a certain number of mesoporous cells. The yield and physicochemical properties of the organic phase of bio-oil catalyzed by alkali-treated HZSM-5 molecular sieve for 1 h have been increased, and the content of hydrocarbon in the product has increased significantly, reaching 37.67%, and the monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon is the main component. At the same time, modified HZSM-5 molecular sieve has good removal effect on acid, aldehydes and ketones in the organic phase of bio-oil, which can effectively reduce the corrosion of bio-oil and enhance the stability of bio-oil. The summation coke of HZSM-5 molecular sieve with calorific value of 35.32 MJ/kg; after 1 h alkali treatment was obviously reduced.
