碳點的研究進展

【摘要】:碳點具有優(yōu)良的光學(xué)特性、良好的生物相容性和低毒等優(yōu)點,被廣泛用于生物檢測、藥物傳輸和生物成像等領(lǐng)域,是極具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ奶蓟|(zhì)材料。近年來,碳點的新型制備方法、性質(zhì)探索及應(yīng)用研究引起廣泛關(guān)注。本文根據(jù)碳源和制備方法的不同,將碳點分為石墨烯納米點和碳納米點兩類,綜述了碳點的制備方法,剖析了碳點的發(fā)光機理,總結(jié)了碳點在生物傳感、藥物傳輸和生物成像中的應(yīng)用;最后分析了碳點存在的問題及應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:Because of its excellent optical properties, good biocompatibility and low toxicity, carbon dots are widely used in the fields of biological detection, drug transport and biological imaging. In recent years, new preparation methods, properties and applications of carbon spots have attracted wide attention. In this paper, according to the difference of carbon source and preparation method, carbon points are divided into graphene nanoparticles and carbon nanoparticles. The preparation methods of carbon points are reviewed, the luminescence mechanism of carbon points is analyzed, and the biosensor of carbon points is summarized. Finally, the problems and countermeasures of carbon point are analyzed.
