【摘要】：采用高效液相色譜法對(duì)蓖麻油等為原料合成的王漿酸(10-HDA)進(jìn)行了定量分析,色譜條件為C18型色譜柱,流動(dòng)相為:無(wú)水甲醇/水/0.01 mol/L鹽酸=55/35/10(體積比),流速為0.6 m L/min,波長(zhǎng)為212 nm,柱溫為40℃,進(jìn)樣體積為5μL。建立了一種實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)快速準(zhǔn)確分析王漿酸含量的簡(jiǎn)便檢測(cè)方法。同時(shí),對(duì)王漿酸的抑菌活性進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)研究,其結(jié)果與蜂王漿中分離出來的王漿酸效果相當(dāng)。
