烏拉草基碳材料的儲氣性能

【摘要】:在不添加外源性化學活化劑的條件下直接碳化烏拉草制備了多孔碳材料Ula C-950-HF.樣品的碳含量高達93%,并且顯示出部分石墨化的趨勢.熱重分析(TGA)結果顯示樣品具有很高的熱穩(wěn)定性(400℃前失重僅3%).N_2吸附-脫附測試結果表明樣品的孔結構以微孔為主(峰值在1.1 nm),并有少量的介孔,總體的孔分布范圍較窄,孔結構為有利于甲烷吸附的狹縫狀.體積法測試結果表明,在298 K,3.5 MPa條件下,烏拉草基多孔碳材料Ula C-950-HF的甲烷儲存能力達到208 mg/g(質量分數17%)或體積容量達到232 m L/m L.通過對產品的孔結構繪制模型并進行分析,從理論上初步解釋了樣品擁有較高的高壓甲烷儲存能力的原因.
