烏拉草基碳材料的儲(chǔ)氣性能

【摘要】:在不添加外源性化學(xué)活化劑的條件下直接碳化烏拉草制備了多孔碳材料Ula C-950-HF.樣品的碳含量高達(dá)93%,并且顯示出部分石墨化的趨勢(shì).熱重分析(TGA)結(jié)果顯示樣品具有很高的熱穩(wěn)定性(400℃前失重僅3%).N_2吸附-脫附測(cè)試結(jié)果表明樣品的孔結(jié)構(gòu)以微孔為主(峰值在1.1 nm),并有少量的介孔,總體的孔分布范圍較窄,孔結(jié)構(gòu)為有利于甲烷吸附的狹縫狀.體積法測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,在298 K,3.5 MPa條件下,烏拉草基多孔碳材料Ula C-950-HF的甲烷儲(chǔ)存能力達(dá)到208 mg/g(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)17%)或體積容量達(dá)到232 m L/m L.通過(guò)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的孔結(jié)構(gòu)繪制模型并進(jìn)行分析,從理論上初步解釋了樣品擁有較高的高壓甲烷儲(chǔ)存能力的原因.
