納米粒子驅(qū)動(dòng)的聚合物共混體系在受限條件下的相行為研究

【摘要】:聚合物混合體系能夠自組裝形成許多新奇的結(jié)構(gòu),然而這些聚合物在均質(zhì)基板或本體中往往形成高度無(wú)序的結(jié)構(gòu)。理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,可以通過(guò)受限和摻雜有效地控制聚合物混合體系的自組裝行為。本文選用基于含時(shí)金茲堡-朗道理論(Time-Dependent Ginzburg-Landau Theory,簡(jiǎn)稱TDGL)的元跑動(dòng)力學(xué)方法(Cell dynamical system method,簡(jiǎn)稱CDS),探討了在納米粒子(NPs)的作用下,兩嵌段共聚物AB與均聚物C在不同受限環(huán)境下的自組裝行為。首先,我們探討了在納米粒子的作用下,兩嵌段共聚物AB與均聚物C在平板受限下的自組裝行為。詳細(xì)討論了在不同的板間距(小,中,大)下,納米粒子的濃度與浸潤(rùn)性質(zhì)對(duì)體系自組裝行為的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,在不同板間距下,納米粒子驅(qū)動(dòng)體系實(shí)現(xiàn)了從柱狀到層狀的相互轉(zhuǎn)變。同時(shí),我們討論了其形成機(jī)理。這一結(jié)論為理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)上控制高分子聚合物有序自組裝提供了有益的參考和借鑒。其次,我們探討了在納米粒子的作用下,兩嵌段共聚物AB與均聚物C在球形受限下的自組裝行為。詳細(xì)討論了在不同的球形受限條件下,納米粒子的濃度與浸潤(rùn)性質(zhì)對(duì)體系自組裝行為的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,在不同受限條件下,納米粒子驅(qū)動(dòng)體系實(shí)現(xiàn)了多種取向序的轉(zhuǎn)變,實(shí)現(xiàn)了從雙螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)到層狀結(jié)構(gòu),單螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)到雙螺旋結(jié)構(gòu),層狀結(jié)構(gòu)到單螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變。上述研究結(jié)果為構(gòu)造特殊性能的復(fù)合新功能材料提供了有益的理論指導(dǎo)。通過(guò)以上研究,我們發(fā)現(xiàn):納米粒子驅(qū)動(dòng)的高分子聚合物復(fù)雜體系在受限環(huán)境下,會(huì)使得體系形成一系列有序的自組裝形貌,該研究結(jié)果為理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)方面及工業(yè)上制取有序形貌與結(jié)構(gòu)的高分子聚合物材料提供了有益的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Polymer mixtures can self-assemble to form many novel structures, but these polymers tend to form highly disordered structures in homogeneous substrates or bulk. It is proved theoretically and experimentally that the self-assembly behavior of polymer mixing system can be effectively controlled by limiting and doping. In this paper, based on the time-dependent Kinzbauer-Landau theory (TDGL), the method of meta-running-dynamics, (Cell dynamical system method, for CDS), is used to discuss the effect of nano-particle (NPs). Self-assembly behavior of diblock copolymer AB and homopolymer C in different confined environments. Firstly, we investigated the self-assembly behavior of diblock copolymer AB and homopolymer C under flat plate confinement under the action of nanoparticles. The effects of the concentration and wetting properties of nanoparticles on the self-assembly behavior of the system were discussed in detail at different plate spacing (small, medium and large). The results show that the nanocrystalline particle driven system can transform from columnar to layered at different plate spacing. At the same time, we discussed its formation mechanism. This conclusion provides a useful reference for controlling the ordered self-assembly of polymer in theory and experiment. Secondly, we investigated the self-assembly behavior of diblock copolymer AB and homopolymer C under spherical confinement under the action of nanoparticles. The effects of the concentration and wettability of nanoparticles on the self-assembly behavior of the system under different spherical confinement conditions were discussed in detail. The results show that the nanocrystalline particle driven system can change from double helix structure to layered structure, single helix structure to double helix structure and layered structure to single helix structure under different confined conditions. These results provide useful theoretical guidance for the construction of new composite functional materials with special properties. Through the above research, we found that the complex polymer system driven by nano-particles can form a series of ordered self-assembly morphology in confined environment. The results provide useful guidance for the preparation of polymer materials with ordered morphology and structure in theory, experiment and industry.
