【摘要】：建立了測定茶葉、大豆和雞肝等復雜基質(zhì)食品樣品中8種二硝基苯胺類除草劑(氟樂靈、二甲戊樂靈、仲丁靈、異樂靈、磺樂靈、氨基乙氟靈、氨磺樂靈和氨基丙氟靈)殘留的超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜檢測方法。分析物采用電噴霧電離,正離子掃貓,多反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(MRM)模式檢測,外標法定量。8種二硝基苯胺類除草劑的定量下限均為0.010 mg/kg。在0.010~0.100 mg/kg加標范圍內(nèi),回收率為75.9%~113%,相對標準偏差為1.7%~19.0%。該方法高效、靈敏,適用于茶葉、大豆和雞肝等復雜基質(zhì)食品中二硝基苯胺類除草劑多殘留的測定。
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of 8 kinds of dinitroaniline herbicides (triflurazone, dimethyl pentaeryl, midbutylamine, isorramine, sulfamyl, aminoethylfluorine) in tea, soybean and chicken liver was established, which was used for the determination of 8 kinds of dinitroaniline herbicides in tea, soybean and chicken liver. Determination of ammosulfan and aminoproflurin residues by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Electrospray ionization, positive ion sweep cat and multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode were used to detect the analytes. The limit of quantification of 8 kinds of dinitroaniline herbicides was 0.010 mg / kg by external standard method. Within the range of 0.010 ~ 0.100 mg/kg, the recovery was 75.9 and the relative standard deviation was 1.70.100. The method is effective, sensitive and suitable for the determination of multiple residues of dinitroaniline herbicides in tea, soybean and chicken liver.
