白苞裸蒴中兩個新的含氮類化合物

【摘要】:通過硅膠和MCI柱色譜以及制備液相色譜等分離方法從白苞裸蒴中分離純化得到6個含氮類化合物,經質譜和核磁共振等波譜技術將其結構分別鑒定為2-(1-羥基-6-甲氧基-4-氧亞基環(huán)己-2-烯-1-基)乙腈(1)、10-甲氧基-1-氧雜-3-氮雜螺[4.5]癸-2,6-二烯-8-酮(2)、2-(1-羥基-4-氧亞基環(huán)己-2,5-二烯-1-基)乙腈(3)、1-氧雜-3-氮雜螺[4.5]癸-2-烯-8-酮(4)、1-氧雜-3-氮雜螺[4.5]癸-2,6-二烯-8-酮(5)、對羥基苯乙腈(6).化合物1和2為新的含氮類化合物,化合物3為新的天然產物,其余化合物均為首次從該植物中分離得到.
[Abstract]:Six nitrogen-containing compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, MCI column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified as 2- (1-hydroxy-6-methoxy-6-methoxy-4-oxo-cyclohexyl-2-ene-1-yl) acetonitrile (1) -10-methoxy-1-oxa-3-azapride [4.5] deca-2en-8-one (2) -2- (1-hydroxy-4- oxomethyl-hexa-2aniline)- Diene-1-yl) acetonitrile (3) 1-oxa-3-azapo [4.5] dec-2-ene-8-one (4) 1-oxa-3-azaponitrile [4.5] dec-2o-6-diene-8-one (5), p-hydroxyphenylacetonitrile (6). Compounds 1 and 2 are new nitrogen-containing compounds and compound 3 is a new natural product. The other compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
