HPLC同時測定茯苓中4種三萜酸的含量

【摘要】:目的:建立同時測定茯苓中去氫土莫酸、去氫茯苓酸、茯苓酸和松苓新酸含量的HPLC方法。方法:色譜柱為Wonda Cract C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%甲酸溶液(76∶24)為流動相,檢測波長222 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,柱溫32℃。結(jié)果:4種活性成分均達到基線分離,線性關(guān)系良好(r≥0.9998);平均加樣回收率分別為100.26%、88.71%、108.43%、101.70%。結(jié)論:該方法靈敏、準確、可靠、重復(fù)性好,可用于茯苓藥材的質(zhì)量控制和體內(nèi)活性評價。
