降低光固化收縮的研究進展

【摘要】:光固化是一種快速、高效且低能耗的固化手段,在諸多領域具有重要應用價值。光固化過程中易產生固化收縮,較快的交聯(lián)速度導致收縮應力難以釋放,顯著影響材料的尺寸精度、力學性能及使用穩(wěn)定性,這些不足引起了眾多研究學者的關注。文中綜述了光固化收縮產生的原因和主要影響因素,詳細介紹了近年來有效降低收縮程度的技術手段和方法,具體實施效果及目前仍然存在的問題,為光固化進一步的研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Light curing is a fast, efficient and low energy consumption curing method, which has important application value in many fields. Curing shrinkage is easy to occur in the process of light curing, and the shrinkage stress is difficult to be released due to the rapid crosslinking speed, which significantly affects the dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties and application stability of the materials. These shortcomings have attracted the attention of many researchers. In this paper, the causes and main influencing factors of photocurable shrinkage are summarized, and the technical methods and methods of reducing shrinkage degree in recent years are introduced in detail, the concrete implementation effect and the existing problems are introduced in detail. It provides a reference for the further study of light curing.
