電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法同時(shí)測定植物類新食品原料中14種無機(jī)元素

【摘要】:0.500 0g樣品經(jīng)硝酸3mL、過氧化氫2mL消解后,采用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法同時(shí)測定樣品溶液中Na、Mg、Ca、Al、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Se、Pb、Cd、As、Hg和Cr的含量。采用0.5%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))硝酸的基體酸度增強(qiáng)分析元素的信號強(qiáng)度;在兩次測試之間用100μg·L-1 Au-5%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))硝酸溶液清洗儀器,降低Hg的吸附效應(yīng);利用甲烷碰撞動(dòng)態(tài)反應(yīng)池技術(shù)消除了分析過程中的質(zhì)譜干擾,選擇Sc、Y、In、Bi為內(nèi)標(biāo)元素校正基體效應(yīng)。14種元素的質(zhì)量濃度在一定范圍內(nèi)與信號強(qiáng)度呈線性關(guān)系,檢出限(3s)在0.003~0.039μg·L~(-1)之間。方法用于分析國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)GBW 10027,各元素測定值與認(rèn)定值相符,測定值的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=6)在1.6%~14%之間。
[Abstract]:0.500 g samples were digested by 3 mL nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide 2mL, and the contents of HG and Cr in the sample solution were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The matrix acidity of 0.5% (volume fraction) nitric acid was used to enhance the signal intensity of the analysis elements, and the adsorption effect of Hg was reduced by cleaning the instrument with 100 渭 g L-1 Au-5% (volume fraction) nitric acid solution between the two tests. The mass interference of mass spectrometry in the process of analysis was eliminated by using the dynamic reaction cell technique of methane collision. The mass concentration of 14 elements was linearly correlated with the signal intensity in a certain range, and the detection limit (3s) was 0.0030.039 渭 g / L ~ (-1). The method has been applied to the analysis of the national standard material GBW 10027. The measured values of each element are in agreement with the determined values, and the relative standard deviation (nc6) of the determination values is between 1.6% and 14%.
