【摘要】：Mitsunobu反應(yīng)由于反應(yīng)條件溫和、立體選擇性好,在有機合成及藥物化學(xué)研究中被廣泛應(yīng)用.同時,由于氧化膦及肼類等副產(chǎn)物的影響,該反應(yīng)也是有機合成化學(xué)中最難純化的反應(yīng)之一.簡化分離、提高純化效率是近年來對Mitsunobu反應(yīng)改進研究的熱點方向.綜述了近年來各種簡化分離的Mitsunobu反應(yīng),重點介紹了各種分離策略的原理、優(yōu)缺點及在Mitsunobu反應(yīng)中的應(yīng)用.希望通過對Mitsunobu反應(yīng)各種分離策略的介紹,加深讀者對基于分離策略的有機合成的了解.
[Abstract]:Mitsunobu reaction is widely used in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical chemistry because of its mild reaction conditions and good stereoselectivity. At the same time, due to the influence of phosphine oxide and hydrazine, the reaction is one of the most difficult to purify in organic synthesis chemistry. Simplifying the separation and improving the purification efficiency are the hot topics in the research of Mitsunobu reaction improvement in recent years. In this paper, various simplified separation Mitsunobu reactions are reviewed, and the principles, advantages and disadvantages of these separation strategies and their applications in Mitsunobu reactions are introduced. It is hoped that through the introduction of various separation strategies of Mitsunobu reaction, readers will have a better understanding of organic synthesis based on separation strategy.
