固體酸催化下玉米芯在近臨界甲醇-環(huán)己烷中的液化研究

【摘要】:通過共沉淀法和浸漬法制備了SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2-ZrO_2固體酸催化劑,并采用傅里葉紅外光譜(FT-IR)、X射線能譜(EDX)和氮?dú)馕?脫附分析等手段對(duì)催化劑進(jìn)行表征,考察了溶劑配比、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)停留時(shí)間和催化劑用量對(duì)玉米芯在近臨界甲醇-環(huán)己烷中液化轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響,并利用FT-IR和氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀(GC-MS)對(duì)玉米芯液化產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:SO_4~(2-)成功地負(fù)載到TiO_2-ZrO_2上,且SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2-ZrO_2屬于介孔材料;玉米芯的最佳催化液化條件為V(甲醇)∶V(環(huán)己烷)=2∶1,反應(yīng)溫度250℃,反應(yīng)停留時(shí)間1.5 h,催化劑用量(以玉米芯質(zhì)量計(jì))4%,玉米芯與溶劑的固液比為1∶15(g∶m L),此條件下液化轉(zhuǎn)化率為76.67%。FT-IR和GC-MS分析表明玉米芯液化產(chǎn)物主要成分為酚類和酯類化合物。
[Abstract]:The solid acid catalyst so _ 4 ~ (2-) / Tio _ 2-ZrO _ 2 was prepared by co-precipitation method and impregnation method. The catalyst was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis. The solvent ratio and reaction temperature were investigated. The effect of residence time and the amount of catalyst on the liquefaction conversion of corn cob in near-critical methanol-cyclohexane was studied. The liquefaction products of corncob were analyzed by FT-IR and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results show that the TiO_2-ZrO_2 has been successfully loaded on the TiO_2-ZrO_2, and so 4 ~ (2-) / TiO2-ZrO-2 is a mesoporous material, and the optimum conditions for catalytic liquefaction of corncob are V (methanol): v (cyclohexane) 2: 1, reaction temperature 250 鈩,
