亞硝酸叔丁酯參與C—N鍵構(gòu)建的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:通過(guò)硝化反應(yīng)構(gòu)建C—N鍵是有機(jī)合成的一種重要策略.近年來(lái),利用亞硝酸叔丁酯作為硝化試劑來(lái)合成含氮化合物引起化學(xué)家們的廣泛關(guān)注,并取得了諸多的研究進(jìn)展.該方法反應(yīng)條件溫和,反應(yīng)區(qū)域選擇性好,為C—N鍵構(gòu)建提供了一種綠色、高效的途徑.按反應(yīng)底物類型的不同,對(duì)近年來(lái)亞硝酸叔丁酯參與C—N鍵構(gòu)建的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述.
[Abstract]:The formation of C-N bond by nitrification is an important strategy for organic synthesis. In recent years, the use of tert-butyl nitrite as nitration reagent to synthesize nitrogen-containing compounds has attracted wide attention of chemists, and has made a lot of research progress. The reaction conditions are mild and the region selectivity is good, which provides a green and efficient way for C-N bond construction. The progress of tert-butyl nitrite in C-N bond construction in recent years was reviewed according to the type of substrate.
