自然界中同型手性起源的難題

【摘要】:手性和對稱破缺是自然界的重要客觀存在.從微觀的粒子和分子到宏觀的物質(zhì)和宇宙星系,均存在不同水平的手性和對稱性破缺,尋找它們的內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一性是著名的科學(xué)難題.本文對2005年美國Science雜志公布的125個科學(xué)前沿問題之一"自然界中同型手性的起源"進(jìn)行了解讀,特別關(guān)注同型手性對生命起源和生命體系的重要意義,概述介紹了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究假說、理論和進(jìn)展.
[Abstract]:Chirality and symmetry break is an important objective existence of nature. From microscopic particles and molecules to macroscopic matter and cosmic galaxies, there are different levels of chirality and symmetry breaking. It is a famous scientific problem to find their internal unity. In this paper, the origin of homotypic chirality in nature, one of the 125 frontier scientific issues published in 2005 in the American journal Science, is interpreted, with special attention to the significance of the chirality of the same type to the origin and system of life. The research hypothesis, theory and progress of scholars at home and abroad are summarized.
