【摘要】：為分析云南省不同地區(qū)辣木葉營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分、活性成分及重金屬的含量情況,選取云南省6個(gè)地州市辣木葉樣品。結(jié)果表明:德宏辣木葉的蛋白質(zhì)含量最高,達(dá)到28.4%;6個(gè)地區(qū)辣木樣品中的必需氨基酸含量最高達(dá)到9.27%,其中德宏辣木葉氨基酸總量為20.54%;每100 g辣木葉粉中,德宏辣木葉中含有150.00 mg VC;普洱市的辣木葉含有13.27%的可溶性多糖和34.47%的粗纖維,含量位居首位;大理辣木葉中鈣含量達(dá)到2.78%,此外,辣木葉還含有豐富的賴氨酸等必需氨基酸和多酚類物質(zhì),且重金屬污染小,綠色無(wú)污染,安全性高。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the contents of nutrients, active components and heavy metals in different regions of Yunnan Province, 6 samples of Amur leaf were selected from 6 cities of Yunnan Province. The results showed that the content of protein was the highest (28.4g), the content of essential amino acid (EAA) was 9.27 in the samples from 6 regions, and the total content of amino acid was 20.54g / 100g. The leaves of Dihong were 150.00 mg VC, the leaves of Pu'er contained 13.27% soluble polysaccharides and 34.47% of crude fiber, and the calcium content of Dali was 2.78%. In addition, the content of calcium in the leaves of Dali was 2.78, in addition, the content of calcium in the leaves of Pu'er was 13.27% and 34.47% of crude fiber, respectively. The leaves also contain abundant essential amino acids such as lysine and polyphenols, and the heavy metal pollution is small, the green is pollution-free, and the safety is high.
