雙通道差分式阻抗譜檢測(cè)技術(shù)及儀器研究
[Abstract]:The purpose of impedance spectrum detection is to obtain the weak information of dielectric difference between different substances or the information of dielectric change of the same substance, and to analyze their composition, structure and variation characteristics. The conventional single-channel impedance spectroscopy technique is easy to detect the difference and variation information between materials by the substrate signals such as sensors and sample systems. In this paper, a two-channel differential impedance spectrum measurement technique based on AD5933 impedance conversion chip is proposed, and the instrument is developed in the frequency range of 1 ~ 91 kHz. The sensitivity of double channel differential detection and single channel detection with base signal of 200400 MV and 1000 MV of response signal increase of 0 ~ 100mV were compared and analyzed, and the gasoline and diesel oil were investigated when the peak value of excitation peak was 18 V. Seven samples of jet fuel and lubricating oil were compared with air and jet fuel in single channel. The results show that the detection sensitivity decreases with the increase of the base signal, and the sensitivity of the dual channel differential detection technique is 1 ~ 2 orders of magnitude of the single channel detection, and is not affected by the base signal. The sensitivity of differential detection using jet fuel as reference is 510 times and 9 ~ 12 times as much as that of air and single channel detection, respectively. It is proved that the reference sample can be reasonably selected. Dual channel differential detection can greatly improve the sensitivity of impedance detection.
