乙腈對環(huán)己烷單體溶液中沉降聚合聚3,4-乙撐二氧噻吩涂層結(jié)構(gòu)與光電性能的影響

【摘要】:為利用溶劑化效應來優(yōu)化液相沉降聚合聚3,4-乙撐二氧噻吩(PEDOT)的結(jié)構(gòu)和光電性能,將吸附Fe(OTs)3的聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜懸于含乙腈的EDOT環(huán)己烷溶液中,于60℃原位合成PEDOT涂層。以紫外-可見吸收光譜、X射線光電子能譜分析所合成PEDOT的共軛鏈結(jié)構(gòu)和摻雜度,以四探針測量表面電阻,研究乙腈含量對合成PEDOT結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響。當乙腈體積分數(shù)為0.05%時,添加的乙腈能抑制短共軛鏈的生成,提高摻雜度,在降低表面電阻的同時,改善透光率。乙腈體積分數(shù)在0.24%以內(nèi)時,PEDOT的導電性隨乙腈體積分數(shù)的上升而增加。當乙腈體積分數(shù)超過0.7%時,PEDOT中短共軛鏈數(shù)目增加,光電性能下降。當乙腈體積分數(shù)為8%時,由于吸附的Fe(OTs)_3溶解太快,無法在PET表面合成導電PEDOT膜。乙腈體積分數(shù)為0.24%時,獲得的PEDOT膜的表面電阻可達174Ω,透光率80%,粘附力為5B級。
