聚苯胺-改性木質素磺酸鈉復合材料基活性炭負載Pd催化劑對甲酸氧化的催化性能(英文)

【摘要】:將聚苯胺/改性木質素磺酸鈉復合材料在不同炭化溫度下進行處理得到活性炭材料,利用紅外光譜、拉曼光譜、比表面積分析和掃描電鏡等手段對其結構和表面性質進行了表征。通過液相還原方法將Pd納米顆粒負載在所制備的活性炭材料上,獲得Pd/C催化劑用于甲酸氧化,并采用X射線衍射、透射電鏡和電化學測試等方法對該Pd/C催化劑進行表征。結果表明,以800℃下炭化得到的活性炭材料為載體所制備的Pd-AC800催化劑其催化性能最優(yōu);Pd粒徑為5.4 nm,電化學活性面積為53.78 m~2/g。由于在該催化劑上甲酸氧化通過直接途徑進行,Pd-AC800可用作直接甲酸燃料電池的催化劑。
[Abstract]:Polyaniline / modified sodium lignosulfonate composites were treated at different carbonization temperatures to obtain activated carbon materials. Its structure and surface properties were characterized by specific surface area analysis and SEM. PD nanoparticles were loaded on the prepared activated carbon by liquid phase reduction method to obtain Pd/C catalyst for formic acid oxidation. The Pd/C catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and electrochemical measurement.
